Description: With 130 ft of canal frontage, Lot 35 is strategically placed between Phase One and Phase Two of RIBHC. Currently, the construction berm between phases 1 and 2 is taking up most of the canal frontage, but this will be removed once phase two is open. Currently, there is a 60 Million development coming to fruition on the first beach in Phase 2 and this will necessitate the removal of the berm. All the lots in RIBHC have deeded beach access. RIBHC is the only community on Rose Island with a safe harbour in ALL weather conditions.
